Lois R. DeMeester is the Founder and CEO of The Destination Sales & Marketing Group, Ltd (DS&MG). Since its inception in 1992, DS&MG has become the leader in the field of transportation demand management, transportation grant administration, and program development. Lois has lead the company from a two person operation to its current status as a national entity with 40 employees who are passionate experts with core competencies in business-to-business, business-to-consumer, and business-to-government relationship management.
In 1998, Lois founded Arlington Transportation Partners, a group committed to assisting Arlington employers attract and retain top-notch workforces by assisting executives in the implementation of highly valued transportation benefit programs. In 2010, she founded Mobility Lab, recognized today as an innovative transportation and research think-tank focused on best practices in mobility management, moving people instead of cars. Lois serves as the Executive Director for Bike Arlington and Walk Arlington and she and the rest of her team of DS&MG experts also provide brand strategy, market research and analysis, TDM, sales, marketing and communications services for Capital Bikeshare, DC Circulator and goDCgo; ATP’s partner organization and TDM counterpart in Washington, DC. Her leadership of Arlington Transportation Partners has helped Arlington County achieve its vision of becoming a national leader in sustainable transportation and smart growth that it is today.

As the Chief Financial Officer for DS&MG, Lisa is the accounting, grants management and audit-readiness expert. She manages the day-to-day accounting function of all DS&MG’s contracts and programs and drives the budget and grants compliance processes. Lisa ensures that fiscal functions of all contracts and programs are completed in a timely and audit-ready manner. Before joining DS&MG in 2010, Lisa was a partner in a successful and busy accounting consulting firm in Anchorage, Alaska. Her fields of expertise included internal auditing, audit preparation and oversight of all accounting/grant/contract functions and responsibilities of several native Alaskan tribes and village governments.
Lisa attended the University of Alaska Anchorage, and has over 30 years of administrative and accounting experience.

As the Program Director of Arlington Transportation Partners (ATP), Wendy is the business-to-business transportation demand management expert. She manages a team of 16 sales and marketing employees and is responsible for the Employer, Property & Development, Multi-family Residential, Schools and Hotel Services programs. Wendy ensures all goals, objectives and timelines are met within budget. Wendy is also a Board Member of the Association for Commuter Transportation. Before joining DS&MG in 2009, she was the President of an expatriate membership group in the Principality of Liechtenstein, and the sales and marketing lead for Metro Transit’s Metropass program in the Twin Cities.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in German, International Relations and Intercultural Communications from St. Cloud State University.
